Massage is the manipulation of tissues (as by rubbing, kneading, or tapping) with the hand or an instrument for relaxation or therapeutic purposes (Merriam-Webster Dictionary). During a session, I will evaluate your horse to see its areas of soreness. I will work on massaging those tight muscles and spasms to help you get your horse on the right track and stay there.
